Erik Tricity Added to Stage Craft Seminar
We are pleased to announce that Metaltech frontman Erik Tricity has been added to the panel line up for Thursday’s Stage Craft seminar at Edinburgh’s Electric Circus. The discussion will feature a diverse range of topics including sound, lighting, audience interaction, dealing with nerves and preparation.
In addition to his extensive music experience, Erik is also well-versed in the use of pyrotechnics, choreography and incorporating his own effects into a performance. He will join veteran manager Bruce Craigie, Electric Circus booker John-Paul Mason and sound engineer Graeme Steel, who has worked with global acts including Kanye West, Nas and Busta Rhymes.
The Stage Craft seminar is aimed at musicians, managers and everyone working in the live sector. Additional topics will include avoiding classic mistakes, stage arrangement and how emerging acts can make the best of support slots in large venues. It will also provide tips for those working with artists, how to best broach sensitive aspects of a performance.
