Vicki Cole co-runs Glasgow based independent record label Comets & Cartwheels with her colleague and friend Paul Downie. She plays guitar in recently established girl group Skinny Dipper, and plays bass with indie-folk outfit Randolph's Leap (Fence Records/Olive Grove/Lost Map).

As well as having experience promoting events and managing bands, Vicki also has several years' experience working for music retailers including Zavvi, Virgin Records, HMV and the now defunct Ayr-based independent music shop Planet Of Sound.
