Born To Be Wide returns to Leith Arches on 26 November with an evening dedicated to community radio and the role it plays in promoting musical and broadcasting talent.
Becca Clark (Dundee Radio Club), Jamie Pettinger (EHFM), Steg G (Sunny Govan) and Suz O’Neill (Radio Buena Vida) will take part in a panel outlining their approaches to programming, the opportunities they offer and off-air activities, which include training workshops, events and their own cafes.
Following the panel, speakers will play a selection of tracks from their stations.

Becca Clark (Co-Producer, Dundee Radio Club)
Dundee Radio Club is a space for sonic exploration ~ a space for gathering, for listening ~ for sharing sounds + opening ears.
Becca is one half of drc, dreaming up the project as a way to activate an audio community within dundee, whilst connecting out beyond the city through the joy of shared listening across the globe.
As a producer and curator based in the north-east of scotland who is focused on regional art/festivals and itinerant programming ~ they believe in the power of community radio to guide greater connectivity, collectivity and deeper resonance through the possibles of sonic attunement.
